I LOVE Franklin books. You know the ones about Franklin the turtle?
Claire's just getting into reading them and reminding me how much I love them. There's always a cute message. I think my fav. is Franklin's Secret Club:
It inspired us to start our own secret club.
Back in the trees.
We made a cool art project.
And we have our own "secret" handshake too. It started out with a kiss at the end, but that was modified since we wanted to include everyone like Franklin did...and, well, kissing may not be that great at the end of a handshake where everyone is included.
We're trying to incorporate service into the the club. And some more crafty stuff...we'll see what these girls come up with next.Labels: summer
